At Serenity Springs, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is well-suited for those who have completed a higher intensity program like residential or partial hospitalization (PHP), or for individuals who have a stable and supportive living environment that supports their recovery. It is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated to recover, have a strong support system, and have demonstrated the ability to manage their sobriety independently while benefiting from ongoing professional guidance and community support.

Located on our peaceful and serene 38-acre lakefront property, our men’s intensive outpatient program provides a supportive and structured environment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health disorders and co-occurring disorders. Our integrated approach addresses both the addiction and underlying mental health issues concurrently, allowing individuals to address the root causes of their struggles. We strive to help men develop healthy coping mechanisms, enhance their self-esteem, and rebuild their lives in a sustainable and meaningful way.

Our IOP program provides a flexible schedule of evidence-based therapies, individual counseling sessions, group support, recreational and holistic treatments, enabling individuals to attend treatment while fulfilling their daily responsibilities. Men can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where they can openly share their experiences and challenges with peers who are on a similar path. Our experienced team of professionals will provide ongoing guidance, individualized treatment plans, and strategies to help men maintain their sobriety. Most individuals who take part in our IOP program come to our facility 3-5 days a week from 9am to 12pm. This level of care offers the flexibility to attend treatment while still engaging in work, school, and family commitments, empowering men to develop the skills and support network necessary for long-term recovery.
